All bookings secured with a credit card or other forms of payment are final no deposit or monies wil be refunded unless vehicle and time can be re-booked.
Bookings on hold awaiting bank deposit or cheque will only be held for 24 hours from time the booking was first reserved unless prior arrangements have been made with management if no monies are received within that 24 hours the reservation will be open.
Credit card details can be used to cahrge for overtime or damage due to unruly behaviour including glass breakage customer may be asked for a cash security if there is no credit card is supplied.
Under age alcohol will not be allowed unless there is a responsible adult over the age of 18 with drivers license id and is traveling and prepared to take responsibility.
Passengers must agree and accept reasonable requests by the chauffeur to modify there behaviour if not the journey will be terminated before the due time or in extreme circumstances immediately.
Drugs of addiction including cigarettes will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of journey this does apply to reasonable and responsible consumption of alchohol.
If a reservation is canceled within 14 days of the reservation being made we reserve the right to hold on to any deposit monies. The customer is responsible for the performance of the booking after the 14 days have elasped and may be charged the full amount of booking depending whether the reservation can be re-booked in the mean time.
